Pear Tarts!

Here are two different pear tarts made with the Vicars of Winkfield pears from Seagate Farm. Chris made a pear and blueberry tart (slice is shown), and Alison made a pear and custard tart (shown cooling). Thank you for sharing - both were incredible!!
