Our new fruit trees have just been certified as organic by the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA). That means that in addition to the old orchard, which was certified organic in 2024, all of our fruit producing trees are now certified. We’re thrilled to have the organic certification to show that we’re taking care of the land and following the best farming practices. Check out the full list of our fruit trees on our website at www.seagatefarm.com.
Farm Tour September 26
You can come visit us and see what we’ve been doing on Saturday, September 26, from 10am to 5pm, during the Farm Tour of San Juan Island. We’ll also have fresh pressed apple juice, a cider press running, apples and pears for sale, fresh baked goods from Stacey’s Catering, pottery by @ravensglenpottery, and games for the whole family.
Be sure to follow us here or on Instagram and Threads @seagate_farm, and on Facebook at Seagate Farm to see our progress and upcoming events.
